As Britains oldest energy supplier, British Gas has an incredibly wide reach – over 4 Million online customers. With a variety of self-serve functionality on various platforms, the organisation has challenged itself to unify and modernise these into one solution, serving the needs of all of its customers.

British Gas brought me in to help them optimise both their online account management dashboard along with the various journeys provided by the billing and payments section of the website.
